Our goals

To create and maintain the largest online platform for IT education in Slovakia, which will help thousands of students get quality education for their career success.

To become a dominant player in the field of corporate IT education in Slovakia and to be a partner for companies in the education of their employees.

These goals form our corporate vision, i.e. where the company is heading, what state it wants to achieve in the future.

Our values and philosophy

Marketers often use the marketing mix called 4P (or other variations such as 5/6/7/22P) as a combination of four or more basic marketing tools. VITA has created its own system based on our values, called the 8P system.

  • Provide quality answers in content and form with a pleasant presentation.

  • Comfort in the workplace, but also respect for clients and partners.

The basic educational philosophy that we use in our online courses is Learning by doing. We learn through practical examples in a fun and playful way. Most people are fed up with monotonous explanations or so-called sleep aids or snake charmers, PowerPoint presentations with a generic template that you have seen about 100 times and there are 200 slides. People are fed up with all this. There is nothing worse than hearing from high school and university graduates (with some exceptions) how they have learned nothing and actually do not know what they will do after school. Or at least they already know that they will not do what they actually graduated from, since they lack practical experience and skills.

We want to promote people to the labor and professional market who are passionate about the field they have chosen, who like to constantly learn in it and want to progress in it. VITA will provide them with the necessary know-how and knowledge to fulfill their dreams and get the desired job or create their own promising business in the form of their own company. Every educational organization should support its students, help them grow and participate in their success. Do everything possible to ensure that its students are successful in the market and not just perceive them as a source of their financing (seeing them as Uncle Držgroš dollars in Káčerov) or they are just a number on paper for their statistics.
